Bakery and bar/tobacconist/newsstand right next door as well as restaurants, pharmacy, schools, shops, municipal pool and train station 5 min walk. A parking space is dedicated in the shared courtyard. Bed and shower linens included.

Située en sud Deux-Sèvres, à proximité de Niort (+ beau marché de France 2024), son marais poitevin (20min), du Zoodysée et TERRA AVENTURA (10min), La Rochelle (45min), du Futuroscope et Puy du Fou (environ 1h30). Proche commerces ( supermarché, bar-tabac, pharmacie, restaurants...) Vous n'avez plus qu'à profiter !
