Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Épagny-Metz-Tessy

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

perfect accommodation for an extended weekend. Only 10 minutes from the train station, directly in the pedestrian zone and 5 minutes from the lake and the chateau. very clean and everything you need is there. small minus point, under 2 bedrooms there is a bar, whose music (bass) can disturb sleep.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Annecy. Near Monoprix, Pathe cinema and very close to the old town.

Clear instructions prior to arrival. Listing matches photos. It is clean and well located (near the lake) and really not far from the PONT DES AMOURS (about 20/25min walk). A Carrefour Market is steps away. The little touches at check-in are appreciated. We will be back!

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Great stay, Very good accommodation for visiting Annecy with great comfort and everything you need. The parking space is narrow for large vehicles but there are plenty of spaces in the adjacent streets if necessary. The host is very attentive and responsive to requests. I would this property. The house is confortable, the spaces were clean and everything was as described. The design of the house is modern and with enough technology involved to get you confort. Mathieu is a very nice host, very communicative and I think he made his job in the best way. We found help when needed also from the population! We found only nice and gentle people. Maybe remember to have cash with you because someone don't make you pay by card (anyway is full of banks). The only thing i have to underline is that lights of the street are turned off after midnight and you're gonna be very careful if for any reason you're not at home because you're not far from the main streets. I guess the only negative thing cannot be controlled by this host so I reccomend you this house and this visit! I may also come back next time!

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. The chalet was impeccable, well-equipped and as described. It is a peaceful place with a magnificent view of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying at Jean-Michel's was a pleasure. We recommend it.

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place and location, attentive and responsive host. I would definitely get back although the music coming from the club located in the basement of the building could be annoying at night.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
