Excellent stay in Daniel's apartment. The exchanges were very easy, the arrival and departure too. The apartment is very nice, comfortable bedding and the terrace is a plus. It is ideally located, a stone's throw from the lake and close to the city centre of Annecy. In short, I recommend it!

I spent a lovely four days in Marie-Caroline’s space and loved it. I was working remotely for a few days after vacation before heading home and I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable space to do so. The views from her apartment are sweeping and beautiful. Patio, a pleasure to enjoy for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. 20 min walk into town was lovely. Grocery and specialty markets a quick walk away. Annecy is such a special place and her condo made it even more so. Her boyfriend Frédéric greeted me to let me in the apartment a couple hours before check in which u greatly appreciated. Hotspot for WiFi worked well, even for video calls. Couple other call outs - well powered hairdryer provided, washer worked well, comfy bed and linens. Thanks for a great stay! 💖

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Cecile's home in Gex. Her house is a beautiful, contemporary space that we absolutely loved—warm, spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, with a very well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook during our vacation. Gex is conveniently located just a short drive from Geneva, and we took enjoyable day trips to Montreux, Chamonix & Mont Blanc, and Annecy. The scenic drives through the Alps were especially memorable, with breathtaking mountain views throughout. Anne was a fantastic host—responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. Despite her very busy schedule, she even made time to meet with us in person, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our experience at Anne-Cecile’s house was excellent and left a lasting impression. We would definitely love to stay there again the next time we visit the area!

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, just opposite the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

The studio was perfect for a short stay in the town. Conveniently located right across from the train station and 4-6min walk to the lake! Phillips communication was great and friendly. The pull out bed was surprisingly very comfortable!!

the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very nice. The neighborhood is very nice. There is a supermarket and restaurants that can be reached on foot. The natural environment is a plus, sleeping with the sound of the water was very pleasant. And Mathieu was very kind, he allowed us to check in early. He was always available to answer any questions. Absolutely recommend both the apartment and the host, Mathieu.

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Very well located without being in the city centre. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and enclosed garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful little place to visit the region, but a little far from the centre to go on foot. Very good communication with Marie Claire if it wasn't a little rigid on departure times... but I recommend it!

Adrien is a responsive and friendly host. Very clean accommodation and as described, quiet. The breakfast essentials are a plus and very much appreciated. I can only make recommendations without hesitation. Thank you and pleasure.

Thoma was always very kind and met us halfway for our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the plan d'eau of Rumilly and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

The place was really beautiful. We felt right at home and had an excellent sleep. Johann and Caroll are really the friendliest people ever and helped us a lot. We will definitely be back.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Excellent stay in Charline's apartment. I recommend without hesitation, everything is very clean, tidy, very well arranged with lots of practical amenities, all in a cozy atmosphere. Very nice view with very nice terrace. Charline is very nice, accommodating and responsive and knows how to give us good advice for hikes and restaurants nearby. Ideal location to do everything on foot in the village. We will definitely come back!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
