New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

The lodge has all the comforts: WiFi, underfloor heating and a complete and beautifully furnished kitchen and bathroom. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is great for trips in nature or a day in the city. Bicycle, canoe and motorboat trips start at the door.
