Private studio in the center of St Christol

The studio consists of a living room/equipped kitchen area on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Next to our house, it has a separate entrance and a private patio. Halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier (30 minutes) and close to a highway exit. The beaches are 25 minutes away. The village of Sommieres is 10 minutes away. Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
