Renovated former tannery with pool

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

It is an atypical house, restored with noble materials, carefully decorated, and located on the side of a cliff. It offers a surprising view from all the openings, the adjoining garden and the roof terrace. Very nice view, dizzying!

There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
