Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', our lovely place right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cosy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 fully renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

Super house located in the center of Zutphen

The luxurious and stylish residence is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can get on a paddleboard or in a canoe.

Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Kampeerbungalow De Westlander

De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

Hier vind je de perfecte plek om te ontsnappen aan de drukte van alledag, waar ontspanning en genieten centraal staan.

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

Listen to music via Bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Detached Plattelandslodge Salland

Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.

CortenHuys, luxurious wellness lodge in Twente

Welcome to CortenHuys where you can enjoy peace in a wooded environment but can also enjoy the buzz of the city if wanted. This holiday home was built in 2022 from characteristic CorTen steel. Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.

Our holiday home Erve Meijerink in Haarle is a modern, cozy and spacious holiday home for 2 to 7 people (there are 6 beds with 8 sleeping places). The entire home is equipped with fast WIFI. The house is very spacious and has several seats to relax. From the living room you can look out over the surrounding meadows, where the cows graze in summer.
