Sydney's Inner West area is close to the CBD, Sydney University, funky Newtown, parks and family-friendly areas, eateries, and nearby activities: AFL, dragon boating, cycling and walking paths, and easy access to Blackwattle Bay on Sydney Harbour. Excellent bus connection to CBD which takes about 15 mins and goes past Central Railway Station. Alternatively, a short walk to the light rail which services Darling Harbour, Chinatown and ends up at Central Railway Station. There is a convenience store, Japanese restaurant and cafe, less than 50m walk from the lift. The convenience store supplies Opal Cards (the Sydney transport card for bus, train, light rail and ferry).

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
