Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

Our two apartments (60 and 66 sqm) are located in a farmhouse built in 1900, also called "Trier Longhouse or Single House". The former living area of the entire complex has been converted into two APARTMENTS with a separate holiday home entrance. Next to our country house, there is an extensive, enclosed and park-like garden with a stream and pond system, which invites you to sunbathe, barbecue and relax. The property is centrally located, but in an absolutely quiet location.

Discover idyllic hiking trails—including part of the famous Camino de Santiago—and bike routes along the Mosel River, while enjoying the peace and beauty of the Mosel wine region.

Our modernized winery is located 250 m above the Moselle with a beautiful view opposite the house on the Moselle loop near Traben-Trarbach. The apartment i.e. 2 people costs 55, - Euro . It is the ideal starting point for hikes - you are immediately in the vineyards and the surrounding forests and can admire the most beautiful sunsets from here. The ascent to the remains of the Starkenburg is just around the corner, also with a fantastic view.
