The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

Already in advance, the communication was very pleasant, fast and straightforward. So was the personal key handover. The apartment is in a good location, not far from the old town. You have bus, metro and also the tram within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay, even a longer one. It is also very clean. Absolute highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views over almost the whole city. If you want to criticize something, it's probably the somewhat weak internet. It would be good if it would work the same stable everywhere in the apartment and also on the terrace.

The house was better than what was shown in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, there were eight of us and there was plenty of room, the kitchen utensils were practically new and our host even had a first aid kit. Unbeatable. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations for the area.

Beautiful and peaceful town house walking distance to the old town!

Very nice corner of nature in the mountains, lots of things to see in the surroundings. Many opportunities for walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity, big town 25 km away so there is something for everyone during their stay. The host is very hospitable, always available and has an open door policy with a lot of knowledge of the region. Phil is also someone with many interests and is always available for in-depth conversations and if you wish you may be involved in his daily activities with donkeys or other activities. As described, this is not a 5-star accommodation but purely basic to reconnect with oneself. In short, a very pleasant stay for nature lovers without luxury.

We were very comfortable, the house is super well equipped. Alberto is super friendly and went out of his way to make everything perfect. The location of the house is very good, many points of interest in the area. We'll be back for sure.

Magnificent place to disconnect for a few days. The home upon arrival was in perfect condition and with special attention to detail. The host had the detail to leave milk juice and details for the little children which I greatly appreciate since we arrived defeated from the trip and also was very quick to answer the phone when needed. so I just thank you.

A beautiful place, well decorated with taste and very clean! A functional , well-equipped accommodation. Our kids had their room. A beautiful spacious kitchen. A smiling and kind and very caring host. The metro right next door is a big plus to get to the city center.

What an awesome apartment. The top part of the view is stunning over to the mountains, bay, coast and the airport, and the bottom part mildly interesting with the port for the ferries coming from the UK. Though there is a sea of tarmac outside it really isn't a bother. This could be the nicest view of any apartment in Santander! The kitchen is well laid out and has everything needed. Watch your head as there is a low ceiling. The 3 bathrooms are a real bonus and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water but we avoided showering at the same time so the boiler could keep up. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. The flat is on the 8th and 9th floor and the lift is very convenient and the hallways spotlessly clean. Though there is a wide roadway outside the apartment it was quiet at night as the traffic dropped off significantly. The neighbouring flat has a resident who was quiet unless they were about to leave and put shoes on and we could clearly hear footsteps.

I was in Maria's apartment for a month and would definitely repeat again. Maria was lovely even before she arrived, she was super attentive and always ready for anything she needed. The location is very good, central and with all the amenities nearby and quiet. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, it sleeps wonderfully. It has central heating that works great. The kitchen is super functional and equipped with everything needed. Felt like home at all times.

The apartment was beautiful, just as seen in the photos. With all amenities. Quick and very easy communication. We couldn't stay in a better apartment. White area for parking, and bus stop 50 meters away. If you are traveling to Santander, I recommend it.

We really loved staying at your apartment. It's very characterful and comfortable - had everything we needed. It's also in a great location for exploring Bilbao, especially the market, Riverside and old town, which are all easily walkable from the apartment. All the lifts amd escalators were also great for moving between the different levels. We loved exploring your amazing city.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the historic old town. Beautiful building and entrance way to the apartment, which was super clean an had all amenities needed for a 2 night stopover. Met by Miguel who was very helpful.We would highly recommend.

The house has an excellent location to visit the area and is located in a very quiet place. It is fully equipped very clean. It is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Make a special mention of the large patio since if you go with children it is ideal. Felix is very helpful and helpful at all times. 100% Recommended. Surely we will repeat.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

The apartment is just as described and true to the photos, everything was very new. You could see the beach and the estuary as it is glazed everywhere and the views are great, as well as very bright. Next to the beach, and close to downtown as it took you 5 min by car. My kids loved the area as you could always do water activities like various excursions. Quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. We'll repeat the experience!

The house is close to the beach and downtown, there are also several supermarkets in the area. The house has everything you need, it is spacious and the access to get there is good. The community pool is fine, we went several times and were comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth. Recommended to spend a few days in Castro and get to know the village that is very nice.
