The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

It has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning. It is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, very close to shopping malls (Yumbo, Plaza, Kasbah) and 900 meters from the beach. Close to taxi rank, bus, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.
