Michael’s place was a wonderful stay! It’s clean and tastefully furnished. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches – from toiletries to coffee and tea, everything was provided to make us feel at home. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and clearly explained, and communication with Michael was smooth and uncomplicated throughout. We were also grateful for the kind offer to check out an hour later – much appreciated! While it takes a little while to get to downtown, the good bus connections make it very manageable. And honestly, the charming, lively neighborhood more than makes up for the extra time: it's peaceful, warm, and full of character. Also worth mentioning: the beautiful front porch is a real highlight. Highly recommended – we’d definitely stay again.

Perfect location and host. The management is very professional and responds to inquiries quickly. The unit is comfortable and safe, with great amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, and gym. You can stay here with complete peace of mind.

If you want all the modern living inside a craftman style heritage home in a neiborhood filled with rich history within a hip, vibrant Kitsilano area? I am not sure if you can find a better place to stay than Theo's place. All the good reviews about this place are true. We will not hesitate to stay at Theo's place again.

Lydia's place was great for us! So clean, had everything we needed, perfect location. She's very easy to reach anytime and a lovely person. As noted by others there is construction nearby and ambulances bc of nearby hospital but it's only in the day and we got pretty used to it. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed so unless you need quiet all day and won't be going out I wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely place.
