Family-friendly holiday rentals in Englewood

Marc and Dave were incredible. They were responsive and proactive! I will definitely be back. We had a family of 7 and even though it was small, we were comfortable. The bikes were an added bonus and amazing to use for our trips to the Daiquiri Deck! Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had an amazing time and would 10000% recommend this place. Traveling with 5 kids can be stressful and they made accommodations seamless!

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. This is the second time my family has stayed at Connie & Dale’s. We absolutely love it. The home is gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patio area and pool/ jacuzzi is amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely be back !

Spacious home with all the amenities you need, well equipped kitchen. We loved the lanai and had all our meals outside. Green and silent surrounding, nice neighbors. A lot of beautiful beaches within 45min (AMI) or just 15min (Siesta). Good shopping possibilities. We had a great time and will be back!

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

Beautiful spot, not far from numerous restaurants and things to do. Not far from the Charlotte Event Center. Good amenities, stocked cupboards (coffee filters, seasonings, etc). Definitely would stay here again if we visit.

What a beautiful home! It had all the comforts and convenience of being home. Jane was very responsive to any questions we had.

I had the most delightful time at WatersEdge Bungalows. I loved the Old Florida feel with the terrazzo floors, brightly colored decor and well laid out floor plan. The setting was so charming with a kayak launch and easy access to the water right from the bungalow. For a peaceful, relaxing time, you could just stay put and sit by the waters edge just looking at sky and water ….and it all unfolds magically all around you …fish jumping and a variety of shore birds wading and flying before your eyes. I was without a car for a time. Not to worry, It is a 5 minute walk to Publix for groceries and a 15 minute bike ride to Englewood Beach. For entertainment, there are lots of fun restaurants and bars with live music very near by. Debi was super responsive with any question or need and super friendly. Fabulous experience. I’ll be back. We loved our stay at Magi’s! She responded to all our questions almost immediately and was very kind! The home was absolutely beautiful with so many personal touches that really made the place feel like home. We loved being able to hangout by the pool and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything we needed for our stay was on site and available for us to use. Traveling with two toddlers can sometimes be stressful so it was very nice having everything we needed when we got there. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We were sad to leave and will definitely be rebooking with Magi for our next vacation!

Very nice home, plenty of space for larger family. We used the heated pool everyday. Stores within 5-10 driving minutes of property. Would definitely rent in future

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and loved watching the canal from the pool. On our last day we saw an iguana on the boat dock. The girls loved looking for baby geckos around the house and swimming. The fenced in area for the dogs was perfect. Additional beach items located in the garage to use. We will definitely stay with Vesteva again!

This was a great condo. Plenty of room and had all the amenities you could imagine since we flew. There were coolers, beach chairs, fishing poles and gear, plenty of beach towels. The washer/dryer in the unit makes all the difference. The beach was not over crowded and we saw dolphins almost every day and even had a manatee swim by on day 5. A green turtle had came up on beach but did not lay her eggs. I missed seeing her but she left tracks that looked like a 4 wheeler. Mote marine lab employees/ volunteers came out and talking with them was great. They do everything they can in this area saving turtles and that makes me so happy.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the second year in a row that our family stayed here for Christmas break. It's spacious for all of us with 2 young boys. My son loves the fishing in the canal and we all love relaxing on the lanai while the kids swim. It is the warmest pool we have ever had for swimming. Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect centrally located home. There’s a pool and fishing out back so the kids were busy when they weren’t at the field. Great host, very friendly. We will stay here again.
