Beachfront holiday rental in Englewood

The house is a new renovation and Dana is still putting up finishing touches. Overall, the house served our needs and we all were happy with the house and location

Such a wonderful location and stay. My wife and I have been traveling down the west coast to explore numerous beach towns. This location was our favorite so far! Amazing fishing, swimming, dolphin viewing, and manatee viewing by the jetty. We would love to come back!

Derek was very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and was exactly as the pictures show. We enjoyed the dock and was able to watch dolphins up very close every day. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had one of the most relaxing vacations that we have ever taken. We have already booked again for next year.

The place was very clean . The fresh flowers were beautiful oh and the crumb cake was delish . Heather was the best we will definitely be staying again . Until next time . Thank you

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

Honestly, this is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photographs do not do it justice. The apartment is stunning and the shared pool and hot tub area is a little oasis with plenty of seating and loungers. Corinna and Tim have thought of every little detail to ensure guests have everything they can possibly need, inside and outside the apartment. We found Corinna and Tim to be the most welcoming and friendliest of hosts and were absolutely gutted to be leaving. We would love to return. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing. 😍

This place was perfection! If you have kids, they will be in heaven! The pool was warm and many pool toys were provided. There were tons of sand and beach toys as well, which made for a fun trip! The kayaks were great and the location is wonderful. The surprise great part was Nick next door, who gave great recommendations and made us feel like part of the neighborhood. The house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and plenty of amenities. I couldn’t recommend more, this is a must stay if you are in the area!

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

Our family had a wonderful time here on our vacation. The house was very nice, clean, organized and cozy. We definitely recommend! Nicole was very nice lady and helpful.

This was our second stay at this beautiful house, having stayed on side “A” during our first visit and side “B” this time. Our family of four stayed in one side, while our friends and their three children occupied the other side. The layout is just perfect for us. The pool is spacious, and although a compressor malfunctioned, it was promptly repaired the following day, ensuring the water stayed comfortably heated through the week. The house is ideally located right on the canal, which was a dream come true for our fishing-enthusiast boys. I brought my paddleboard and spent every day peacefully paddling down the canal and into the bay. We were also lucky enough to have access to one of our family’s boats, which we kept in the slip right by the house. It was so convenient to hop in and take the boat out to the beach or explore the bay. The host has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you might need. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and plenty of kitchen items.

The house was very quaint with great access to Charlotte Harbor. Jugg Creek is quite the place these days. Restaurant, Bar, and Fuel dock/Bait shop nearby.

Absolutely love the place! Game room was awesome and the backyard was great!

We recently stayed at Grant & Cole’s place. It's a beautiful property. It was so roomy and just lovely. It's a lot bigger than the pictures presented. Loved all the decks. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Loved the closeness to the beach, literally 5 min walk. We would be back soon and recommend this property!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We loved staying at the Salty Surfer! Super clean and cozy place! It was a very short walk to the beach and lots of shark teeth, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here, and it was as close to perfect as a place can be. Very private, on the beach, very close to several restaurants. Overall, was the best vacation I’ve been on. Nate was a great host, with great communication and helped us with everything we asked him and replied in a timely manner. The place was well worth the price! On top of all of that, the abundance of shark teeth that we found on the beach was awesome! Will most definitely go back in the future!

1 million stars! Wow - just wow! Our stay at this Airbnb was beyond incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything EXCEEDED our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect - convenient to EVERYTHING (restaurants, food shopping, rentals, highway, etc) and soooo peaceful - its literally right on the Gulf!! We loved *every second* of our time here. We swam everyday. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Host was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. She also helped us when we needed it and for that we are **forever grateful** If you’re considering booking this place, do yourself a favor and stop searching - this is the one.
