The new and impeccable eh apartment! Everything is extremely clean, smelling bed and bath linens, super full kitchen - it even has AirFryer! Beach a few meters of walking, with excellent beach service! The apartment also has more chairs, sun umbrellas and even a cooler! We loved our stay and hope to come back soon! Everything was perfect ❤️

Last weekend of March 2025 I and my family stayed in Thomas's apartment, we are in 10 adults and two Yorks puppies (they enjoyed a lot of green area and apartment as well) and EVERYTHING went as planned. The environments are spacious giving guests privacy. Kitchen with plenty of varieties of utensils and appliances in addition to the large pots to prepare meals for large families. We were able to enjoy the beach and the heated pool of the building. Renewed Energy!!! We will definitely return other times.

Impeccable apartment, very well equipped and faithful to the photos. We were delighted with the whole structure very well cared for, new and clean. All appliances in perfect condition. The beach path is very easy and even with a baby we had no difficulty. Building has an infrastructure that has served us very well!

Me and my family loved the apartment. Extremely organized, clean, with exceptional bed-table-bath material. The property's location is excellent, mainly because it gives direct access to the beach. Finally, the host is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also want to put on record the immense pleasure of having met the owner Dalva, the apartment's caretaker, because she is a very polite person and an excellent professional.

We stayed in the apartment in 2 families with one child each, and the space was very suitable. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, the apartment was clean, the beds were very good, with covers, as well as the pillows. The kitchen has plenty of quality items. We didn't miss anything. It has a good proximity to the sea, and the beach service is very good, with beach chairs and large gazebos and not just umbrellas.

Excellent! Condominio e casa very well taken care of. Security Feeling is clear. Family location. Very well-distributed house, with everything you need. Marcelino always willing to help and flexible with some needs we had. We definitely intend to go back.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

Casa Linda, clean, well equipped and with everything working perfectly.. Guilherme was very helpful in everything I needed! The condominium is excellent, beautiful, with many leisure options, blocks, restaurant.. there was no time to enjoy everything! The only addendum that I did not read anywhere, is that to go to the beach, you have to leave the condominium (module 2) and enter module 3 that is on the other side of the avenue, but nothing that gets in the way! This beach is also next to Riviera, so it's easy to get there! We had great days!

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condo is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, a gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. For those who like to get away from the bustle, and a more reserved place, it's the perfect spot (Moreira corner). The apartment is large and welcoming, clean, with household items and leaves nothing to be desired, places for children to play inside the game room condominium and for walking is very quiet. I will definitely return, as it is well worth it.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.
