Great place to enjoy the beach

Perfect stay. All way better than the photos. Super attentive Julio, giant house, very comfortable and super well equipped. Condominio very beautiful and super close to a very quiet stretch of the beach. Talita is a great cook and helped us a lot.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

We love the house, we will definitely return at another opportunity. The house is equipped with everything we need, one detail is that it has quite a long leg, so there can be no shortage of repellent! The beach is very good, has beach service, what we love for the convenience, Cícero is very friendly and helpful! The house being so complete and comfortable was great because in our stay it rained a whole day so we had to stay in the house, and how comfortable it was not an issue! André was very friendly and understandable, flexible with our check-in which helped us a lot. Alexandre who received us at the house was also very friendly and helpful, I recommend the stay to everyone!

The stay was excellent. The home corresponds to the listing and the host is extremely quick in replies and very proactive. We went as a family and highly recommend it. We had some small problems that were quickly resolved and did not hinder our stay. Jureia beach is 600m in a straight, well-paved and calm line and is a tumbo beach, very quiet, without much muvuca. The beach of Engenho is very flat and is about 1.5 km from the house and is also very quiet. I would come back again.

The house is much better than it appears in the photos with an incredible leisure area, a perfect environment to enjoy with friends and family, not to mention the household items and bed and bath linens that are impeccable. I like it so much that I've already picked it up for another date, it's worth every cent !

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

The house met all expectations. With four spacious and airy suites, it accommodated our family in total comfort and privacy. The pool and barbecue area made our group moments even more special. All very clean, well cared for and with a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking rest and leisure.

Sonia was truly incredible throughout the negotiation process and extremely attentive. The instructions are extremely clear and the place was impeccable! The first thing we noticed: “Wow, the house smells so good.” All items of good quality, clean towels and bathrooms, good beds for sleeping and everything extremely high quality. We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super pleasant and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

We really liked the patrician house! had everything we needed and even more with games and the like! The only important thing is that there is no filter of some available so the water would have to be taken, in other words, a very beautiful and super organized house, comfortable beds and also good and safe location!

Perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations! We spent the Easter holiday with the family (my husband, our 2-year-old son, my in-laws and my mother) and it was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

The location is wonderful, the beach is excellent, the house very comfortable, the maid Maria did an excellent job, being helpful and discreet, preparing breakfast and helping cooking meals.

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, the neighborhood is super quiet and has a lot to do in the surroundings. We very much like the stay and we intend to go back. The host was very kind and proactive.

Impeccable house, Ronaldo very attentive to the guests, house in front of the beach, next to bars restaurants, supermarkets, was the best home the best service that even today me and my family have had on Airbnb,whenever returning to a beautiful island we will return to this house for sure !!

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and eat meals admiring the sea and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

We have known Guaecá for a long time. The stay was very good and brought many good memories. The house and the place are wonderful. Cecilia and Roberto served us very well. We should definitely be back soon.

Our stay was wonderful, we stayed in a group of 10 people and the house worked out super well. The house is super well ventilated and spacious, it welcomed us well and is still pet friendly, which helped a lot, since we took a dog with us. João was super helpful and quick in conversations and Kika welcomed us very well. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, we went in May, so it was out of season, but we still had everything we needed, the beach is about a 10-minute walk, super quiet and the beach is great, clean, it was empty and great for long walks. We didn't get to go out in the area, but Krill, a supermarket that is 5 minutes away by car, served us very well. One of the bathrooms was leaking, but nothing that hindered our stay, since all the rooms had bathrooms. The house's internet is fast and was available when we needed it too. Only positive points to highlight in the house and in the reception by João.

We loved our stay. Everything was perfect, clean and functional. We'll be back.
