We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The location is very beautiful. You can hear the cow bells as you sit outside. Peter was very nice and told us about all the activities near by. We would definitely recommend this beautiful stay!

The house is beautiful. Giulio is a very helpful host and if you need help he will be there immediately. Great area to go hiking. Gladly come again!

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

The Chutzli is a super cozy, small chalet in a magnificent location on the Axalp. The direct view of the mountains and Lake Brienz is breathtaking. You can walk directly to the ski slope in 2 minutes. The peace at night is incomparable. The landlords are very accommodating, reliable and always considerate of the well-being of their guests. The chalet is lovingly decorated, well equipped and already partially renovated. For us as a family with 2 children, the Chutzli was ideal. We felt very comfortable and completely cared for. The winter vacation on the Axalp was fantastically beautiful.

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family. The location for us was ideal. Picturesque, all that we imagined Switzerland to be. The views every morning every evening are amazing. I am sure it is amazing during winter time as well. For us it was perfect and truth be told well beyond our expectation. Waterfalls mountain views, evening cow bells..what more could we want...and connectivity with trains and buses right out the front door 😍😍 we plan to come back with our second daughter. We experienced sunshine, and rainy weather, both had their own vibe in this chalet. Please know that it is away from busy hustle bustle, but if you crave that Brienze is like 7 miles drive (or you could take the bus) and any location is a train journey away! Spectacular and absolutely amazing hosts, In Spite of having researched our visit I believe I had a lot of questions 😜😜 our host was very quick with responses that were full of insights. Loved our stay.

The chalet is very nice and as in the photos. Everything is available to spend a relaxing time and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

6 out of 5! The three of us originally just wanted to book a stay near Schwyz with a few separate bedrooms for hiking around Stoos and Rigi. We casually chose this place, but it far exceeded our expectations! Just as my companions were complaining about feeling a bit jaded after three days of sightseeing around Interlaken and Grindelwald, the stunning scenery along the winding mountain road to the village of Sattel still took our breath away. Upon arrival, Sonja and Marcel warmly welcomed us with a detailed room tour, carefully explaining how to use each facility. The entire house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful little touches both inside and out, reflecting the hosts’ great taste :). If our travel plans weren’t already set, we would have loved to stay for a couple more days! If I ever visit the area again, this would definitely be my top choice. Our two days in Sattel were truly unforgettable. Thanks Sonja and Marcel for making our trips better!

Had a wonderful stay at Susanne’s place, perfect for us and two teenage daughters. 20 minute walk from Wengen, beautiful views and peaceful, just the sound of the stream and cow / goat bells. Walking trails right out the door. Kitchen is tight but had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. No oven, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Jack & Jill shower room (great water pressure) between the two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The building is a shared a property but we never heard the neighbors and host has ground floor when in town. Susanne was really responsive to all our questions and very proactive, setting up taxi for us on our arrival. Love to visit again in the winter. Thank you Susanne.

Loved the chalet the views amazing so peaceful loved the area love to cook so it was perfect every thing I need was there home os cozy and comfortable loved to wake up to the mountains views and those cows outside so beautiful perfect place to catch bus just in front of chalet and coop great place to buy groceries and bus station great services and easy access go other places like Bern Interlaken Frutigen love this place really recommend for couples or families

The view of the Eiger North Wall was great, and the cooking facilities inside were perfect. It was a truly amazing experience to be able to eat while looking at the mountains. Two people stayed, but it seemed like more people could be accommodated, and the accommodation was cleanly managed.

Vincents home was the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. A great view of Staunach falls right from your patio. Vincent has great communication, super helpful and friendly. If i fould rate this home any higher i would!! Book this home now!!

It's a little far from Grindelwald Station, but the bus is also running, and it's far from the main hotels, so it's very serene and peaceful. If I go back, I'll visit again.

I stayed very comfortably like my own home on my honeymoon. The view from the veranda window is the main landscape of Schreckhorn, and the Eiger barrier is visible from the side. It's close to the bus stop, and even if the bus stops, it's within walking distance, so you don't need to plan conservatively. Above all, I was able to relax with a comfortable mind with the clean interior and the scent of wood. I would like to express my gratitude to Breni and his family.

Monika’s place was fantastic! The apartment is perfect and very well thought out. It has everything you need. I have two little girls and they were so excited to have so many things available for them. The beds, the stuffies and toys! Monika really thought of it all. As some people have written it is a bit of a hike getting up to the room but it’s so worth it. The view is truly amazing and the little garden on the way up is so cute. We hope to come back someday!

Fantastic. Beautiful house. Beautiful location. Very homely. Don’t bother with more research in the area. This is the one.

The cottage is really adorable and Sarah is a great host. The staircase to the pointed gable is not for children and disabled people. The Swedish stove in the living room is great. The kitchen utensils are a bit outdated but are available for 2 people.

It was a dreamlike experience - truly a place I could only dream about. Absolutely private, silent, and secluded - we spent New Year's Eve there and didn’t see a single person around. The views, the silence, the mountains - everything was perfect. The hosts, Joe and Kya, were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even helped carry our belongings up the mountain before check-in and back to the car on the morning of January 1st (!). Such kind people! I cannot fail to mention the heartwarming welcome pack with food, sweets, wine, and even treats for our dog, which made us feel so welcome. Even though we visited early in the season, we had so much fun sledding, hiking (with our dog everywhere), relaxing in the cozy house, and enjoying the sauna - followed by jumping into the snow afterward. So you have a lot to do :) Highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and truly enjoy the mountains!

****Exceeded our expectations****h the view are absolutely amazing . Ralf was very responsive and very welcoming. Wish we could have spent more time but needed to move on with our travel plans. Would definitely recommend, loved the personal touch of the very cosy chalet.

A little gem: the house has everything you need for a perfect holiday, and it's in an idyllic location. Immersed in nature with walks and bike rides just a stone's throw away, while maintaining all the comforts of "home" (super-equipped kitchen, impeccable and hot shower, washing machine and dryer, garden with deckchairs and table, comfortable bed, etc.). Thank you Gaby for the extraordinary hospitality!

Beautiful, lovingly decorated, small cabin high up in the mountains. We had a wonderful time hiking and climbing with our young children. It is very quiet on the Alp when the chairlift no longer runs in the evening. Aldo was very friendly and helpful. Even when it came to organizing luggage transportation. Great to really drive down. Thanks, Aldo!
