Neil’s place was peaceful, serene and the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Neil was responsive with all enquiries and greeted us upon arrival. The home was supplied with adequate amenities, which meant less stress in packing. The granny flat is located in a quiet suburb, and is walkable distance to the beach or shops/cafes. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely book again!

A great apartment with everything you need. Can walk to the beach and food outlets. Great view and lovely sitting on the front deck watching the sunset. Monica was very helpful and kind. If we lived in SA we would visit much more often!

Graham's place is outstanding with cleanliness and views. Only downfall was the internet, it's very slow. But I don't believe that's Graham's fault, other people in the area have issues with internet and 4G network.

The property was well presented and good location to easily access the beach. Susan was a responsive host.

What a perfect place to escape and spend some time with the family. Beautiful place with everything you need. Want to get the kids off their devices? Spend a few days playing tennis, basketball, pool and table tennis; a sporting precinct under the one roof! The house was spotless and so comfortable. We felt instantly at peace and excited to dive into the fun. It has everything you need and more. We will be back!

We had a great stay. This home is ideal for any weather. It is a short walk to Boomer Beach and has a great yard for outdoor dining with a fire pit for the cooler weather.

We had a wonderful family stay! 4 generations came together to share a family holiday. The place catered perfectly for our needs. We had extended family visit us during the day occasionally and we were extremely comfortable. The private jetty was perfect for our boat to be safely moored to accommodate us exploring the area. We would happily recommend the house to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne & Damien’s home in Encounter Bay. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 10, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially appreciated the two living areas, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The layout suited both shared time and privacy, making it ideal for families or groups. The location is peaceful yet just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and local attractions—great for a relaxing getaway. Joanne & Damien were fantastic hosts: friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they’ve put great care into the home and creating a welcoming space. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a beautiful stay for the long weekend at Verity’s place. Such great spot to stay! Easy walk to the beach! The home was a home away from home! Had everything we needed and more! Roller shutters on the front bedrooms made it so easy to get a peaceful sleep in every day! Just loved our stay! We will be booking again to come back to stay! Thank you for having us Verity! Lovely accommodation with everything needed when travelling with kids and pets. Stephanie (host) was super accommodating with checkin/check out and had even left a lovely little Easter gift for our daughter. House was spotless and super spacious! Huge spa bath and comfy beds!! Would highly recommend this location and our family will definitely stay here again!

**5/5 Stars - Perfect Stay!** This Airbnb was fantastic! The house was clean, tidy, and had all the facilities we needed. Located just a short walk from the beach and only 15 minutes to shops, it was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!
