Waterfront holiday rentals in Encounter Bay

Perfect holiday home, very close to the beach. Spacious front and back yards for enjoying the sun and coffee. We enjoyed the starry sky in the backyard at night. Very clean and nice house, spacious living room and kitchen. The welcome wine and cookies were great. Milk, coffee and cereal are also provided. Comfortable room, good sleep. Great shower. My daughter loves board games and toys. We stayed four nights and enjoyed it very much. If I have the chance in the future, we would like to come back and stay a few more days. Highly recomended!

Martha was very easy to communicate with, and very friendly! The accommodation had everything we needed - including Netflix, board games, and classic DVDs! Upon arrival, our hosts had left a lovely gift for us which we did not expect! Central to everything too - restaurants, cafes, attractions. The only hiccup we had was the key return in the lockbox which was located at our hosts letterbox 5mins away from the accommodation - we were already out of Victor when we remembered and had to turn around!

it was a long awaited family holiday. Denise was a wonderful host and was very responsive. The apartment had stunning views and was the perfect location for exploring the area. it had everything we needed and provided clean fresh towels and linen. the water was hot and the beds were co.fortable, a great end after exploring Granite Island, which we could see from the lounge room.thank you so much for having us.

A great apartment with everything you need. Can walk to the beach and food outlets. Great view and lovely sitting on the front deck watching the sunset. Monica was very helpful and kind. If we lived in SA we would visit much more often!

Lovely apartment on the esplanade, overlooking Encounter Bay. Just perfect. Exactly as described and as reflected in the images. Everything is fresh and contemporary. Beautiful bath and a separate walk-in shower with plenty of hot water and loads of pressure. Front bedroom and living space lead out onto an expansive balcony with seating, a table and BBQ. The apartment is sitting up high but with no stairs. Enter straight in from the back. Plenty of parking for the car. The kitchen has everything including a full sized fridge and dishwasher. We've stayed at Fiona's apartment previously and have been keen to head back. Says it all. Just enjoy the ambiance.

Beautiful nicely laid out clean cottage for a weekend getaway or for a longer stay overlooking lake Alexandrina. Included breakfast was superb. Russel was a very responsive host. The cottage was well setup with all amenities. Plenty of bird life and heritage around location. Thank you Russel for the great stay.

Karena’s place is amazing. The beach views are beautiful and complemented by the stunning design features of the house. The bedrooms are comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Karena is a lovely host. Highly recommend this house for a luxury beach stay close to Adelaide!

This was our third wonderful stay at Ochre Point Beach House. Jess and Tyson were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit. The house was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need—they truly thought of every detail. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We also really appreciated the little extras, it all made us feel so welcome and at home. It’s clear that Jess and Tyson genuinely care about their guests’ comfort, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, well-thought-out stay!

Would book again in a heartbeat! We had a wonderful week away with the family. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids utilised the play area downstairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and we loved being able to pop across the road to the beach for a walk or enjoy an incredible sunset. Gretchen was always responsive to messages and lovely to deal with, thank you.

We stayed here for a work trip and it was exceptional. The house was in excellent condition, comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day workshopping with the team. We would highly recommend staying here again. SA Stays were a great host and were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the trip. With different team members staying in one house it was great having the extra space where everyone could have some alone time if it was needed. Having enough bedrooms to cater for everyone was a big hit. Definitely a must stay for anyone heading to Aldinga in a larger group. 5-stars!
