La Forge d'Andribet rustic gîte

Come and recharge your batteries in this old forge located at an altitude of 915 m in this small village with its listed 12th century Romanesque church overlooking the Cathar castle of Lordat. Close to the Beille plateau and the Ax 3 Domaine resort, various activities are available to you, such as skiing, sledding in winter, and hiking. Located 45 minutes from Pas de la Case You can taste good local products and relax at the thermal leisure center with its sauna, hammam and pools.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). Backed by the old presbytery of the village, the house was already there before the French Revolution. It has been completely redone in the past years (floors, roof, electricity, plumbing, windows...). The atmosphere of the house is very authentic.
