We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

If you want to relax and drink fine wine within 1 metre of the beach and within 4 metres of the water this is the lance for you. Quite amazing to be so close to nature, the calming sound of the rippling waves and all under a warm Spanish sun…. Tables, chairs and sunshade provided . Should you not want to cook walk 1 metre to the right to a seafront restaurant, they will even serve you to your own appt table. The house itself was comfortable although perhaps the bedrooms lacked a bit of privacy due to the nature and likely original design of the building but I’m straining to criticise anything …… would return but will be bringing big repellent! Mucho Gracias!

A perfect place to spend a week of beaches (all good) and pool (fantastic, big enough to swim proper lengths). Lovely local restaurants and more further afield. Jonathan was the perfect host. Highly recommend this villa and host.

The cabin is beautifully located at the seafront with a huge terrace equipped with sun chairs, a table and lots of space to relax. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, washing and working. It’s the perfect place to wind down, swim in the ocean or go hiking. Only downside is the hiking trail right in front with some prying eyes by passing people ;) the bed and couch were a bit worn, but this is probably a question of taste. We highly recommend the place!

A lovely house in a beautiful place. The house was perfect for our family of 7 a birthday holiday for my boys and families, it was in a quiet residential area, close to the nearest beach 5 mins walk, all the beaches were great very safe for children backed with a pine walkway close to good restaurants

A dreamy pearl by the sea Maria’s home is an absolute delight. Every detail oozes excellent taste and thoughtful design. What we loved most was waking up to the breathtaking views and starting each day with coffee on the balcony. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped — far beyond what you usually find in a rental. The location is perfect, with easy seaside walks to the local beach, and the convenient parking above makes everything accessible. We believe we were among the first guests, and we’d absolutely recommend this hidden gem. A truly special place.
