In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. Among other things, alpaca hikes are possible directly in the village. Just ask us about excursion destinations and we will be happy to help you. Pets are not allowed.

Little Village House

A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

Dear potential guests: Whether you are passing through, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a panoramic view. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

A unique house for unique days... ...with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It is located in the large garden next to a second Tiny House. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Hot tub for a fee!

This fantastic 2-room apartment not only impresses with a spacious and practical floor plan, but also a large covered terrace. The house entrance and outdoor area are designed barrier-free. With the completely new furnishings, emphasis was placed on the highest quality: high-quality LED lighting, all window shutters electric, underfloor heating in every room. A top modern kitchen. 2 LED flat-screen TVs (smart TV, 55 and 65 inches) 2 box-spring beds, 1 sofa bed.

Garden house/tiny house "La Casita" in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood stove, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be made as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and WLAN, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be left.

Helle, moderne Dachgeschosswohnung die im Jahr 2024 kernsaniert wurde. Das Apartment ist ca. 70 qm groß, verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett ohne Fußteil (200x200 cm), einem großzügigen Bad mit Regenwalddusche sowie einem einladenden Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit moderner, vollausgestatteter Küchenzeile und Schlafsofa. Zudem ist ein Balkon mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung vorhanden. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Fußbodenheizung und einen großen SAT-TV.
