The apartment is located just 300 m from the village center of Emmetten and the valley station of the Stockhütte. The apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished with a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. The ski room, bike room and laundry room are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house is available for free.

There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The valley station of the cable car Emmetten - Stockhütte mountain station is about 150 meters away from the studio.
