The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

The house is located on the top floor of the former office building of the "Spinnerei Deutschland" built in 1895. The building has now been completely restored for occupancy. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.
