Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a large living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A high chair and crib for babies are available. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom recently renewed. Optional parking in underground car parking (100 meters from the apartment away). If interested on the parking, please ask for it before arrival.

An absolutely stunning estate. The property is even more beautiful than the photos - they don’t do it justice. The house is locate right along a public walkway which made it very convenient to walk to the surrounding towns. Despite this, the house still felt very private and was quiet. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway or friends trip.
