Smart TV (guest's own passwords). Front-door evening lighting has a manual lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer in adjacent apartment building are coin-operated; a key to access is provided. Occasional train noise from 1/4 mile away; a white noise machine is available. Our office is located on 1st floor.
