Truly a home away from home. I sincerely apologize pets are not permitted due to my severe allergic response to dander thank you.

Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

This newly renovated and well appointed home will make you feel like you never left yours. Enjoy each others company in the Open Living/Dining Area. The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!

Not only was this a first for me, but it was a first for all of me as my friends who have stayed. We met each other here in real life for the first time after years of knowing each other online, and Derek & Emmie's Farmhouse was the perfect place to meet up. Their attention to amenities and accomodation was a welcome surprise, and made the whole week's experience much smoother.

This is a cute little upstairs loft and is a good spot for a quick stay. We were in town for just one night and didn’t need much other than a bed and a shower. Things to note - A/C is central for the building without separate control for the space. Being upstairs, it’s a bit warmer, and when we asked about it, our host was very responsive and offered to adjust the temp for us when she returned home. Also, bring extra towels if you are more than one person as only one is provided. This is noted on the listing, but we missed it.
