The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

You can reach Erfurt's old town with its sights, such as the cathedral, Petersberg, town hall, Krämerbrücke and much more in 5 minutes by car and in about 10 minutes by bus.

Es liegt im Dachgeschoss des Hauses mit Blick auf Weimar. Bis zum zentral gelegenen Goethehaus und den gemütlichen Cafés sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der historische Friedhof liegt nur etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. Das angesagte Szeneviertel, mit Kneipen, kleinen Shops liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The travel time to downtown is about 10 minutes by bus, train and bicycle.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk to the city center. Bicycle can be provided on request. Sat TV, underfloor heating, parking, Wi-Fi, peace, a beautiful terrace with afternoon sun, everything you need. Tram is 300 meters away. A small supermarket, restaurants can be found nearby. The Erfurter Nordpark and the Erfurt swimming pool (Nordbad) are 400 meters away and easily accessible!
