The proximity of the Rennes/Vannes axis will simplify your arrival.

Proche du château de Trédion, de cités médiévales comme: Rochefort-en-Terre, Malestroit, Josselin. 40min de la forêt de Brocéliande. Le gite est à 3km de la bretelle d'autoroute ce qui permet de découvrir facilement le Morbihan.
