Ivo is the kindest host you could hope for in a rental. He greeted us upon arrival and gave the clearest instructions on amenities and what we could do as guests to maintain the integrity of the property during our stay (taking out trash, laundry, etc). The apartment is so beautiful and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable with its easy walking distance into town and close proximity to other surrounding destinations of interest. Other notable features include a designated parking spot, laundry machine in the apartment, and full sized kitchen with everything you could need during your stay.

Stayed 9 days, satisfied. We were by car - convenient location, quiet neighborhood, very easy parking on private property, no problem finding the address. Ground floor, private entrance with no steps. The property has good heating and constant hot water pressure in the shower, at the time of check-in it was cool - this is solved by adjusting the battery and after a day the place warmed up well. The kitchen is convenient: we cooked 2 times a day, but I would really like a microwave - we replaced it with an oven, so everything was ok. Our sleep was never disturbed, the bed is comfortable, the blankets are very warm. Check in instructions come automatically on the day of check in at the Airbnb.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It’s clean and spacious with two lovely balconies that both have excellent views. We enjoyed Bressanone a lot, it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend going to the Plose Mountain 🏔️ for a hike. There’s a lunch place called Rossalm Alm that’s about a 45 minute easy hike to from the gondola 🚠 that has excellent food and wine and stunning views The bus stop is close to the apartment so getting anywhere is very convenient. The restaurant at Hotel Krone which is close by has wonderful pizzas 🍕 We wished we had stayed another day or two.
