Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

When vacationing - then Mühle!

You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m² on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2 × 2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards, darts, etc. are available for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe cycle path, only 400 m away, invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Location in quiet Tolkewitz with only a 10-minute walk to the Elbe. Bus and tram stop 3-minute walk. Tram 18 minutes without changing to the center. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Bicycle racks and bicycle storage are available. Ample free parking. Community garden with sandpit and trampoline. Wonderful starting point for cycling trips, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk along the Elbe meadows, a stroll through the city and much more.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Guest suite on the edge of the forest, time out

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Tiny House-Freuden im Spreewald

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a separate area to sit and relax, you can also spread out in the tree house. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau train station is about 2.5 km away.

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Perfect bed & bike between Spreewald & Dresden

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!
