The cottage existed as a shop since the 1800’s and later ‘The Penny Bank’ and has now been modernised. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
