High-quality furnishings, with a hot tub, sauna and a crackling wood-burning stove with a viewing window to the fire. During the wicker beach chair season, a wicker beach chair is available to you on Kühlungsborn beach. The newly built house in 2023 is modern and bright. Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.
