Monthly Rentals in Elliott Bay

I stayed in Sai’s place for about a month. It was better than I expected. And although it was a studio it never felt too small. It was decorated and arranged in a way that was cute yet functional. It had all the amenities we needed. It was in a prime location. It was pretty busy at night so the noise was expected and Sai was nice enough to leave some ear plugs for guests. It was relatively safe but like anywhere just be careful moving around after dark. Also, the rooftop was my favorite part. You could see Mount Rainier clearly when it’s less cloudy which was a treat. Overall, we enjoyed our time. Would have stayed longer if possible!

This is always our go-to bnb. It is so close to what is most important to us and pretty much everything else is also walkable.

First of all, the overall experience was great. The fact that the Building Manager resides in the building is a huge advantage. Melanie was very responsive throughout the whole stay. When something comes up and needs attention, whether it’s amenities-related or repairs-related, the response was quick. Please remember that they have control of everything to do with the building, so if any issues come up, they are able to resolve and fix them. The neighborhood is great. Please note that the area can have unexpected noise that could come from random people passing by the busy intersections. Any noise outside the building is beyond the building’s control so I hope no one ever blames the building for outside noises. Lastly, the presence of their own Amazon Lockers, and Luxor Lockers is a BIG plus for someone like me who likes to order stuff online and expect secure deliveries.

Marie-Josée was a wonderful host! She was very responsive during the booking process and helped us navigate the location in relation to the activities we had planned. The house was very clean and spacious. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. We picked up groceries at the local Safeway which was within walking distance and made breakfast each morning. The only thing the photos don’t show are the room darkening curtains that have been added which are a wonderful addition for those who want a bit of a sleep in. FYI - This is a $10 uber to a $6 water taxi to the Seattle Pier 50. Then it’s only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Or, alternatively, a 20 minute walk to T-Mobile Park.
