Holiday rentals with a patio in Elliniko

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Sotiris’ place was great. Super clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home while travelling. Even the little touches were really appreciated. Only a short walk to Psirri. Thanks Sotiris for accommodating us and would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent a great time at Dimitris place The terrace is a gem, consider to spend one night there enjoying the sunset with a bottle of wine The room is small and there is no kitchen so perfect for a weekend, not more Rare to find: electric blinds >> no light gets in if you don’t want to And the area is super quiet, we couldn’t hear any noise at nighttime Last but not least we had a smooth communication with Dimitris, he has always responded within minutes to any query and he has been very accommodating 100% recommended!!

A five-star experience just a three-minute walk from the sea. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and featured a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a comfortable stay. I would gladly recommend this place to all my family and friends. Huge thanks to the team for their excellent communication and making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who provided services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

Very attentive host, great place in the heart of Athens!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was friendly, with a beautiful home that was well stocked for everything we needed.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

John’s place was great! The views for the huge balcony/terrace were incredible. We were there for 2 nights and able to walk restaurants, cool little neighborhoods and the Acropolis. His place is located deep in the center of the city. Highly recommend taxi or public transit. Again, views were outstanding!!

Great value for money apartment , modern design , clean interior. Voula area is famous as peaceful area with no problems for neighborhood.Host is always available to assist you . Definitely visit again

I stayed for 3 nights and I absolutely loved the studio. It was super clean, everything was there (coffee, water, biscuits, .....), exactly as described in the listing. It was my first time in this neighbourhood, which was also a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place. And thanks for having me.

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

My first wow moment was in the apartment! The views are incredible and the patios are very private. It was easy to want to come home to enjoy it! Location was nice very close to many places! The hosts were wonderful! I’d def recommend
