Follow Alan’s instructions and you will find the house without a problem. It is so nicely secluded yet right on the main road through town. Used the grill. Love how the tub is tucked in the bathroom to save space and still be usable. The combination of antique fixtures and up to date services was wonderful. Missed having. Washer and dryer but coin laundry was right down the road. They have the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a air bnb. Lots of spices, a few staples, dishes. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great and always available if we had any questions. The house was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the warm outdoor tub and the cozy fireplace inside. Definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely country home! We enjoyed the peace and quiet location, but close to Ellicotville to ski and eat. The dogs loved it too. Very beautiful drive in down to house and very remote with beautiful hillside as a view.

We really enjoyed staying at Genevieve‘s place for our daughter‘s graduation from Saint Bonaventure. So many places we stay are so bland and unmemorable, but Genevieve‘s place was such a treat and will provide us many memories along into the future. She was very creative in decorating, and had lots of fun things to do in the house. We look forward to returning someday.

Keith was a great host! We booked last minute, and he was able to accommodate us right away. When we needed to extend our stay, the process was smooth and easy. He was very responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout. The house was exactly as described and stocked with everything you could need. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend staying at Keith’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We felt right at home, the space was incredibly cozy and clean. We had the windows open the entire time because the view of the woods coupled with the sound of the creek right up against the cabin was very nice and relaxing to wake up to every morning. I have high standards for cleanliness and this place was spotless. Overall great experience for us and the dogs!

We were happy to find a place our dog could stay with us. There were dog beds and toys. The front porch nice to hang out on. The weather didn’t cooperate that much for me but the backyard has a nice view and lots of space. I would come back again.

We stayed with 2 other families and enjoyed our time there. It is a private setting, quiet and we spent a few days skiing at Holiday Valley which was about 6 minutes down the road, it was perfect. the house is exactly as pictured with plenty of rooms for guests/ kids having their own space. The hot tub was essential especially after a day of skiing! We are looking forward to doing it all again next year!

My friend and I stayed at the Eagle’s Nest from May 28-30, 2025. It was a girls getaway. We were looking for a place to relax, unwind, and shoot the breeze with beautiful surroundings, a nice glass of wine, and great conversation. This place was exactly what we were looking for! The views were stunning, the hot tub was sublime, and the propane fire pit was perfect after sunset on the deck. A special thank you to Jess for being so accommodating and answering any questions we had as we checked in, as well as staying until we were fully situated with the Wi-Fi and the speakers located throughout the home. The home has a welcoming, cozy vibe, and we would definitely stay again!

Emily, and Lucky Day, was so much more than we bargained for, in the best way possible. The campsite was beautiful (the stars!!!), the treats at the bakery were incredible, and everything Emily did to make us feel so at home and comfortable was amazing. I don’t think we could have had a better experience, or a better time. Emily was an incomparable hostess, and we look forward to coming back to visit. Her home is beautiful, and what a gift to be able to share it for even just a night!

We had such a wonderful experience at Lindsey’s place. She was such a wonderful and attentive host! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed, but what really made our trip special was the amazing outdoor space. We loved relaxing by the pool during the day and gathering around the bonfire at night—it created the perfect atmosphere for making memories. Upon our arrival we were greeted with blueberry chocolate chip muffins, that really made an impression.

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

We had a great stay in this home! There was plenty of space for 8 of us on a family trip and everything was so clean and homey. I appreciated recommendations that Mark and Kristy provided to the brewery nearby! Most importantly, they were extremely gracious and we were able to make day-of last minute booking of this place due to another place canceling on us. Very grateful we found this spot.

Such a great comfortable location!

We had a great time for a girls getaway weekend at Clarke’s place! The best parts about this house were the close location to downtown EVL, the large, comfy sectional sofa where we spent a lot of time, the stocked kitchen, and the fact that there were 6 bedrooms! The house is more dated and musty than the pictures looked, but it worked for us and Clarke was very responsive to our questions. Also, the price was great for all of the space! Thanks for sharing with us!

Absolutely beautiful home! It was so clean. As a woman traveling with kids alone, I felt completely safe staying in this home. An hour to Niagara Falls or Erie Beach. My family had the best vacation ever. Being able to come back to a peaceful place to rest our heads was wonderful! If we are ever up this way again, we will absolutely rent this home.

As always amazing time; Over the years Susan has always stayed consistent. Amazing host, School House Rocks. Kinda bring you back in time in away with a modern feel it makes sense. Fishing pond was the highlight of the stay. Kids had a blast.
