Cozy cabin only a few minutes away from Ellicottville ! It was perfect for our family, children and fur babe! The bunk beds were a huge hit. Sally also made the most cozy touches. Would 100% stay again!

This was our second stay at one of Genevieve's properties. We loved the decor, the comfortable rooms and the very convenient location close to the ski resort and the town of Ellicottville.

Emily, and Lucky Day, was so much more than we bargained for, in the best way possible. The campsite was beautiful (the stars!!!), the treats at the bakery were incredible, and everything Emily did to make us feel so at home and comfortable was amazing. I don’t think we could have had a better experience, or a better time. Emily was an incomparable hostess, and we look forward to coming back to visit. Her home is beautiful, and what a gift to be able to share it for even just a night!

The home is gorgeous as is the location! It's private yet close to town. The home was clean and there was a lot of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We absolutely LOVED the heated pool. The kids & adults had a blast swimming all weekend. Since we stayed towards the end of October, the nights and mornings were really cold so we needed the heat. We had trouble getting the heat to work downstairs but they were really responsive and helped walk us through getting it to turn on. Then they sent someone out in the morning to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up properly so we didn't really use it that much. Overall, we had such a wonderful weekend away with friends and would definitely love to come back in the future!

This is a great place to stay and only a short drive from the town. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Robin was accommodating and answered messages quickly. I highly recommend choosing this place!

We loved this place. It worked out so well for my family. It snowed every day, so the skiing was great. The chalet has a level driveway and easy access to the village and slopes. (no steep slippery roads!) It was clean, warm, and cozy with comfortable beds. We hope to return next year.

Second time staying here with our family and dogs. Just as nice as we remembered. The hosts have thought of everything, and the location is so relaxing and peaceful.

Karina’s home was warm and inviting, and her hospitality was spot on as well. The home is much larger than it looks from the outside and gave our kids and dog plenty of room to spread out. We loved having the separate game/rec room (with so many games for adults and kids alike to keep us entertained) and the bedrooms were all perfectly spacious. Karina was very proactive in offering us flexible check in/out, and provided some resources and added flexibility during the snowstorm. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and even a fun Belgian waffle maker, we really had everything we needed! Hope to return again.

Lovely country home! We enjoyed the peace and quiet location, but close to Ellicotville to ski and eat. The dogs loved it too. Very beautiful drive in down to house and very remote with beautiful hillside as a view.

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

Excellent experience staying at Katie’s place. We had a group of 7 for a ski weekend. The home had plenty of room for the group to cook, eat, hang out, and sleep. Everything was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and extremely prompt and responsive host. Short, easy drive to Holiday Valley. Would stay again on future visits. Thanks, Katie!

Great location across from trails and close to Ellicottville and hiking areas. The soaking tub was a nice addition and a beautiful spot to relax.
