Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
