Great neighborhood setting for quiet strolls and nearby restaurant (Mirchi’s 💕). very clean, updated, and comfortable. Decorations are sparse and utilitarian, but lacking nothing. Really appreciate the washer & dryer. Good parking off street. great communication. bright and airy with plenty of windows, and blinds if darkening is needed. Highly recommend.

Josh's place was clean and well kept. A true sanctuary and reflecting what was advertised! Very peaceful area, would recommend to fellow travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at Mason’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt very high-end. Everything was incredibly neat and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the modern kitchen with brand-new appliances and the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Mason was also incredibly responsive and quick to answer a question I had during my stay, which made the experience even smoother. Five stars—I'd absolutely stay here again!

This was a very nice apartment right in the middle of town. We found it comfortable and spacious. I really appreciated having an off-street parking space.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We loved being in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and also so close to HV! We also loved the high ceiling and great light in the living room. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is a great place to stay if you want to be close to town. It's less than a mile and the sidewalk leads you to the main street. The apartment is squeaky clean, comfortable with a huge sliding glass view of the backyard deck and trees. I enjoyed my morning coffee outside when it was sunny. there is a fully stocked kitchen when you want to cook as I did. Each bedroom has great views of the trees and wildlife with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space if you stay awhile. I enjoyed my stay and will book again when I am in ellicottville.

The apartment was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at and everything worked fine. Brooke's directions, requests, etc. were all easy to follow and she was very responsive!

The place is perfect. It’s located in the middle of the town. Very easy to walk to any place you want. I old definitely go back.

100% positive review! Everything was perfect, no complaints. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and had everything we needed. Thank you Mason for having an awesome steamer too! Stayed for 2 nighs for St. Bonaventure graduation weekend and this was a great home base.

The place was great. It was in Beautiful setting backyard was really pretty. The only problem is it was very cold there for the end of May. Although they had heat we were satisfied with that. It kept us warm and cozy. The place inside was so beautiful, very comfortable and clean. I think that anybody that stays here would be very happy and comfortable .Very communicative!! We hope to stay there the next time we come into town ! Thank you Mitch for your hospitality

Christopher's place was ideal for our group of 8 adults on a ski weekend. We enjoyed the main floor and fireplace while still having our own space. However, parking was a bit challenging as we had 4 cars. We knew there was only one spot at the top, but upon returning from dinner, all the spots were taken, so we had to walk. This wasn't an issue for our group, but it might be for others. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean, and perfect for a week or weekend ski trip. Our family of 5 had a nice stay at this rental. Ski in/ ski out to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Would highly recommend it!

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.
