It has a quiet, private setting with everything needed to make your stay comfortable &, hopefully, inspired. The outdoors is this home's other half, creating an enveloping amphitheater of gardens, birds, trees & a hammock. Beyond this private nest are 360 degree views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains, the Rio Grande Gorge, spectacular sunset displays & miles of walking & bike trails.

Reconnect with nature at "Big Little Hideaway". Our gorgeous property is minutes away from hikes, paddle boarding, hot springs, skiing, and endless roads and beauty to explore. Taos and Arroyo Secco are just 15 minutes away where you can enjoy great food, galleries and shopping, and Taos Ski Valley is 30 minutes away. What we love about Bougie: spacious, dining window framing the mountain, wrap around windows for a lovely cross wind and star gazing in bed + black out blinds for sleeping in.

Little John Hike-in 16-foot Camping Yurt

PLEASE read all information about the yurt before booking. Enchanted Forest offers stunning vistas along meandering forest trails for hiking and mountain biking. It is a 1.25-mile hike (or bike) to the Little John Yurt (no driving). This is (upscale) CAMPING, not a hotel room. A wood stove provides heat, there is no electricity, running water, or room/maid service. Because of COVID-19, we provide fitted sheets, pillows and pillowcases. Bring a sleeping bag or comforter for cold temperatures.

This Earthship is great for experiencing a home that is quiet, serene, romantic, private, (one acre lot) surrounded by acres of sagebrush and chamisa. and is only 15 minutes from town. The inside is dark adobe with gold straw, with flagstone floors, and rustic Sycamore Oak beams. 3 kivas fireplaces too! It's been used as a recording studio too, If you like taking awesome photographs, this is THE place. Cozy, comforting! Pets are welcome and must be leashed! Cat box provided by request!

The cabin is about 450 sq. ft. and is fully furnished (microwave, fridge, stove, pots/pans/dishes/utensils) has a kiva fireplace, a full size bed for singles, couples or Mom and Dad with bunk beds for the kids and a TV to play games or watch videos. Fishing is just a few minutes away, and depending on the season, golf and skiing are nearby too.
