Great view of the river, passing ships, and fantastic sunsets… which is what we were looking for in our few days up on the River. place was nice and cozy. wish we had more time to relax and enjoy. I’d return here again!

So glad we found this amazing place! It is nestled off the road in a quiet, beautiful location. The downstairs area is spacious, with a pool table and a dart board. The electric fireplace was such a nice addition for the colder than usual evening. Penny was such a great host! Fun filled fact- the space is filled with such pretty photos. I was so interested in them that I looked up the photographer and turns out it was Penny! I ended up purchasing a few pieces and I can’t wait to add them to my space at home! It seems too good to be true, right? The price was amazing and the house blew me away even more. Definitely was a treat staying here , this is a MUST if you’re staying in Kingston. Absolutely beautiful home and every room gives you a different sense of tranquility. Private, and peaceful. I got this Airbnb for a weekend that was meant to explore Kingston, this place was so nice, I felt guilty about leaving the home to go out and explore😂 will 100% be coming back here.

I had a fantastic stay at Scott's Airbnb! He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Scott and would definitely book again!

The place was beautiful, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offered stunning views. Emily was a thoughtful host—she had arranged firewood for the fire pit and stocked the kitchen with a great selection of coffee and other essentials. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

Ainsley's place is newly renovated. Very nice, comfortable, well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Totally unexpected from the outside. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood and the whole house was very quiet. It's a wonder if anyone else was there. Highly recommend.

Myrna was a wonderful host, super responsive and very accommodating. Her space was lovely and clean. Exactly what we needed to enjoy our weekend. Would happily return for another stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property, and it was just as great as the first time. The property matches the photos. The host is easy to communicate with. The Sonder app makes it super easy to understand and control the booking. The luggage storage makes checkout way less stressful on checkout. The location is not immediately beside anything noteworthy, but it is very walkable to Parliament, Byward Market (though a bit further), and more. Similar price to a hotel and is more modern feeling, bigger space, and has a kitchen. Would recommend overall!

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.

We loved this place! It was absolutely delightful! Ben and Jess have done an incredible job curating a fun fifties themed home. I’m amazed at how they were able to create both a space comfortable to live in, while at the same time, a place you can’t stop exploring. And I was honestly amazed at how clean it felt, considering all of the antiques! You can tell they genuinely take pride in their Airbnb. They did a fantastic job creating a full experience from the moment you walked in the door. (I won’t give any spoilers!) We would definitely love to return for another stay if we are ever in the area again.

It is a very lovely room giving you the feeling of home. Good location to the downtown attractions and nearby good supermarkets. Quiet and peaceful environment.

The unit is centrally located in Alex Bay. Easily walk through out the town. It overlooks the river and has a great view of Boldt Castle. Comfortably accommodates four adults . It is very clean and modern. We recommend unit 301!

Sara was a very nice host! Sara made check-in and check-out very easy. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Sara helped us through all of the trouble shooting and was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable.
