Monthly Rentals in Elia Nikitis

We had a great three night stay at Kalliopi & Leuteris‘s house. The view to the sea was amazing and the house was not a long distance from some of the best beaches of Sithonia and the Neos Marmaras village. Very clean rooms and an amazing garden with barbecue! Leuteris was always willing to help us and make us feel at home! I totally recommend it especially for families.

We had a perfect family vacation, the apartamnet was so cosy and felt like home! It is very clean and spacy, it has 3 balconies that are beautiful, with all amenities that one family needs, the beach is 1 minute from the apartament, the neighbours are wonderful. Our host is such a nice person, always very kind and responsive, helped us with everything we asked about. I recomend this apartament and trust me you wont regret it for a second. Thank you for your hospitality, we will suerly come again!!!

Good place, near the beach and city center is quite close. Definitely recommend.

Paradise House, that's the right name. We were all very comfortable, especially on the terrace with the many flowers and the fantastic view Periklis is a sympathetic host. They were wonderful days.
