The house "Els Dolors" is located at the top of the neighborhood, next to the hermitage of the Holy Cross and at the foot of the wall. It is an old renovated fishermen's house, with all the comforts and wifi. It has two floors and a terrace overlooking Alicante, the castle and the sea. Ground floor: kitchen-dining room (sofa bed) First floor: bedroom and bathroom.

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each with 2 comfortable beds, and a 3 de bedroom with a comfy double bed and a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the possibilities to cook to your heart's content. There are also 2 bathrooms each with a walk-in shower.

Casa La Calma is located in a 1923 house that we recently renovated and lovingly preserved to highlight all the hidden architectural details. The house has been designed from start to finish to make guests feel at home and enjoy city life and its beautiful streets without sacrificing relaxation and tranquility. It's also located in a vibrant neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown and the beach.

The colorful house

When we bought the house, the old owner had painted each wall a different color, in a somewhat peculiar combination. Our children, who were young at the time, thought it was funny and started calling it The Little House of Colors. Although we have been renovating it to our liking, we have always tried to maintain that essence, combining color, functionality and harmony. We hope you like it!
