We liked this apartment and everything was as described. Checkin with friendly Antoin was very easy at 3:00, and he was available all afternoon and evening if we needed anything, because he works at the bar at the ground floor of the building. The location is in the center of the pedestrian district, close to everything we wanted to visit. There was noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but no traffic noise. With earplugs and the windows closed we had silence and no problems sleeping. Highly recommend this place!

We were looking for an overnight stay in Rouen. Valerie’s apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and modern apartment in a quiet gated block. Valerie recommended we head to the Place du Vieux-Marche for bars and restaurants. Lots of choice and just a few stops away on the metro. Ideal for our short stay. Would recommend

Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

Pleasant accommodation, clean and nicely decorated. We were very well received, with a delicious cake on arrival, which was a particularly appreciated touch! The equipment is complete and perfectly thought out: everything is there, whether for cooking, relaxing or feeling at home (towels, leisure, etc.). The place is quiet and the accommodation typical, which adds a lot of charm to the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

A haven of peace in a green setting, very functional cottage, filled with unusual objects & carefully crafted thanks to the profession of our host. Bucolic setting, horses, pond with coï carp, small very zen dock that invites you to relax and let go. If you feel like it, ayurvedic massages and jacuzzi are available. I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Alain welcomed us to his home. He explained everything to us in a very detailed way. The listing is located in a quiet residence and close to public transport. For the brave, the city center is a 15-minute walk away. I would highly recommend it
