My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Willkommen in unserem Häuschen am Elbdeich! Unser Wohnhaus und das freistehende Gästehaus sind im Jahr 2021 gebaut worden. Das Gästehaus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit vielen Details, wie Möbel, Fenster etc., die in Einzelanfertigungen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail designed und gebaut worden sind. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in einem stilvoll eingerichteten Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Elbe-Radweg und Elbdeich sind ca. 200 m von uns entfernt.

Gästesuite am Waldrand, Ausstieg auf Zeit

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Tinyhouse mit Sauna und Meditationsangebot

Während Eures Aufenthaltes bei uns wohnt ihr in einem liebevoll restaurierten, großzügigen Bauwagen mit Terrasse und Gartenteil . Er ist auch für lange Aufenthalte eingerichtet. Im Winter wird mit Holz und Brikets geheizt und es wird schnell kuschelig warm. Fließend Kaltwasser gibts im Wagen nur in der frostfreien Zeit! Pferde können mitgebracht werden, 1 ha. Koppel direkt am Wagen. Badbereich und Sauna liegen 50m vom Haupthaus entfernt.
