Houseboat holiday rentals in Elbe

The landlords are super sweet, warm and friendly! The hood boat was clean and easy to control, driver's license-free. The equipment is basic, I missed a refrigerator very much, but with a cooler bag & cooling batteries it worked. A REWE is a 5-minute walk away. Ice cubes, etc., are also available. The beds or the double bed is something for those who like it harder, but you could bring an inflatable sleeping mat for more comfort ;) At night on the water it is already fresh, so it is recommended to bring a winter blanket. With tea tree essential oil & lavender scent, mosquitoes & spiders could be successfully kept away. (Bring a scent lamp) The toilet and shower may be used at the port at any time. The Havel for sunset indescribably beautiful, even the sunrises! Many spots where you are all alone, very idyllic romantic! We'd love to come back next summer! Many thanks for the rental & service!

We unfortunately only booked the houseboat for two nights,but were very satisfied with the space. The Havel and the surrounding area is very nice to unwind and enjoy the peace. I will definitely book again again.

The space on the houseboat is very generous. The bedroom has an integrated bathroom with shower. In the huge living room there is a spacious and cozy folding couch. There is another kitchen and 2 toilets. You can park directly at the jetty. The houseboat is beautifully decorated, with great designer furniture. The view of the water you have throughout the boat is fantastic; the area is quiet. You can also sit on the two terraces of the boat to enjoy this and relax. So you have a perfect mix between quiet waterfront holidays and a lively city trip. Near the boat there are good cafes and restaurants: HomeKitchen (cafe right nearby), The Eatery, Vnitroblok. A supermarket is also very close. To get to the city center, a taxi (Uber) is available, it costs only EUR 10. Hana and her husband are very nice and helpful hosts.

It was an impressive experience to spend our getaway on this luxurious houseboat. Especially in the houseboat we were impressed by the spacious layout, the super comfortable beds, and the kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. It was a feeling of a special way to spend your stay on a boat and not in a hotel room. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend it without restrictions.

A dream of a vacation! Even the welcome by a family member was extraordinarily warm and we felt comfortable from the first second. The houseboat is in a fantastic location. Ducks and swans like to come by for a visit. The peripheral position on the jetty is advantageous. The amenities are chosen with a lot of love and everything is sparkling clean. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped for the kitchen. Absolutely nothing is missing. Fresh herbs are available and who should be missing spices - all there. If it rains, the usual electronic media, but also traditional games for children and adults, are richly available. What pleasantly surprised us was the extensive library with a varied selection of different genres. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly, almost loving care by the hostess who comes from this area. We will back, for sure

We had a really nice time. The houseboat was perfect - modern, clean, cozy, romantic. Everything was fine so we hardly needed anything from Danny and Nicole, but the only time we needed help, they responded immediately. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a romantic, quiet, magical time!

Very nice and quiet place something different. Wouldn't be thought of in a big city. It was very relaxing. The only thing you could complain about is that there is no current at this point of the bay and thus the water is dirty, but does not smell unpleasant. However, we had a kingfisher there again and again, herons and even a Nutria and the rest of the area is also quite nice and downtown can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes. The caretaker on site was very nice and helpful. On one side there is a junkyard, but on the other side (north side) you have a beautiful view. Thanks for everything and best regards.

we thank Kerstin and her husband for always being attentive and making us feel like their guests of honor, thanks to hosts like them who give the 120% delivery is that Airbnb reservations are successful... we had never felt as well attended as with them...... and in addition to their full support in the accommodation, they also saved our dogs from drowning in the lake... her husband reacted super quickly and didn't mind taking the risk of doing it.... they are not only excellent hosts, but also great people... thank you for everything.

The houseboat is super nicely located! You have a huge lake right in front of the terrace. A beautiful sun deck and a variety of leisure activities (kayaking, jet skiing, water skiing, volleyball, etc.). The beach invites you to swim and the host is always available and very friendly! Definitely a recommendation!

What a magical place!

My wife and I booked Max’s house boat for an Easter long weekend getaway from Berlin. We were so pleased with our experience from start to finish - the boat was spacious, clean and cozy. It offered us enough privacy while still being well connected to the city by foot. We decided to cook / eat most of our meals on the boat and the kitchen was well equipped to support this. What we enjoyed most was enjoying a glass of wine in the sunshine from the comfort of the beautiful deck. Max was also very helpful and knowledgeable - you can really see that he cares about his boat and wants you to have a great experience! Bonus points for the warm outdoor shower after we took a quick dip in the water. We‘d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend away.

A beautiful houseboat located on the Klostersee. High-quality amenities in such a limited space made the holiday even better. The central location made it possible for us to explore the area in detail, whether by car or on foot. All in all, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

We were a group of five girlfriends and had a wonderful weekend on the boat! Host Tobi is great, he always helped us, gave instructions and was very accommodating. The boat is small, but has everything you need. Where there is water, there are also animals - you should not be afraid of one or the other spiders. But we also got a handle on five women. We stayed at the TinyHouse (on the pond) for four nights. Everything you need is there, processed high-quality and well thought out. The service and communication are great and straightforward. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

A very extraordinary place to stay that is definitely worth its price and makes the stay something special and memorable, positive of course. Everything was really thought of, communication with the landlord also went great and the nearest S-Bahn station is only a few minutes walk away.

If you want a peaceful retreat for a few days this floating cabin is perfect. We were there on a gorgeously warm Easter weekend and sunbathed on the roof, barbecued, sat in the hot tub, canoed down the lake and read. We never saw another person the whole time our own private oasis. The cabin is well stocked with some food essentials, all the cooking stuff you could need and other fun things like a projector, portable speaker, paddle boards. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. All in all an amazing stay. Just stock up on food before you arrive as the local sklep is small!

Frank was fantastic and great about communicating with us! We loved the boat ride and he recommended a gorgeous route for us to take around the lake and canals of the area. Would definitely come back to do it again!
