Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Willkommen im Süden Berlins. In unserem großen Einfamilienhaus stellen wir zwei Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung. Das Gästebad ist ausschließlich unseren Airbnb-Gästen vorbehalten. In der Küche findest du Utensilien für ein kleines Frühstück (Müsli/Kaffee/Tee), welches du dir gerne selber bereiten kannst. Zum Brandenburger Tor gibt es eine direkte S-Bahn Verbindung (15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Den S-Bahnhof Marienfelde erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten. Allergikerinfo: wir haben eine (Outdoor) Katze.

Wohnen unterm Reet!

Herzlich willkommen in meinem Bauernhaus. Entspanne dich in dem hellen Apartment, das früher mal ein Heuboden war. Ein eigener Eingang mit kleinem Sitzplatz führt dich in den Wohnbereich. Angrenzend und durch antike Türen getrennt befindet sich ein stilvolles Badezimmer und die lichtdurchflutete Küche. Du kannst bei mir einen veganen Kochkurs buchen. Sehr gerne serviere ich ein veganes Frühstück auf Anfrage. Perfekt für anschließende Fahrradtouren ins Teufelsmoor, nach Worpswede oder Bremen.

Sachsenhof Villa Kunterbunt

Die FeWo Kunterbunt ist nun unsere größte FeWo, in der 6 Personen bequem Platz haben (3 Schlafzmmer!). Sie befindet sich im ersten OG und hat eine ca. 35 qm2 grosse Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Scharbeutzer Heide. Sie ist aufgeteilt in zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (180x200), einem Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (Verbindungstür zum Elternschlafzimmer) einem Wohn- Essbereich, einer Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Bad. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und ausgestattet in 05/23

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.
