Holiday rentals with a patio in Elaphiti Islands

It was a great stay and such a good decision to stay right outside the walls, away from the extreme noise inside but still right next to it, 5 mins walk from almost everything, while having your privacy and peace. Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

Staying at Davor’s place was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed here solo, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home and incredibly well cared for. The location is unbeatable—nestled right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, surrounded by centuries of history, charming alleyways, and stunning views around every corner. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or heading out to explore the city walls or nearby beaches, this place was the perfect base. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was Davor himself. He was the perfect host—kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great time. He offered local tips that completely elevated my trip, from tucked-away restaurants to hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. I left Dubrovnik with a full heart and unforgettable memories. Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Great apartment – spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning! The area is quiet and nice, and the host was super friendly and responsive. The additional advantage was private parking. Highly recommend!

Wow what a gem of a place!! You’re right in the heart of things, easily walkable to Old Town, but nestled in this picturesque cove. The balcony overlooks Beach Šulić, and there’s even a walk down directly to it. Absolutely loved our time here!

Vi hadde en helt fantastisk uke. Vennlig og høflig vert. Vi ble tatt godt i mot av Rade, som informerte oss om nabolaget og kom med tips og gode anbefalinger til både turer og restaurantbesøk. Studioleiligheten var ren og pen og hadde perfekt beliggenhet. Stille og fredelig område og likevel i gangavstand til det meste. Strand, ett lite bakeri samt dagligvarebutikk rett ved. Rade’s snille mor holdt uteområdet pent og ryddig, hun kostet terrassen hver morgen. Vi er 100% fornøyd med oppholdet vårt og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

We stayed at La Scuola di Anna for a couple of days, and it was absolutely amazing! The place is full of charm, history, and peaceful energy. The surroundings are stunning—lush nature, the calm sea nearby, and the authentic atmosphere of Mljet made it a perfect escape.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

Geweldig verblijf gehad bij Antea. Vriendelijk ontvangen met tips voor de omgeving. Makkelijk contact te leggen, snelle reactie. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Net iets buiten de oude stad, je bent dus zo in de stad maar hebt niet de drukte van de stad. Muren met de buren zijn wel dun, dus je moet geluk hebben voor een rustig verblijf. Absoluut de moeite waard, dikke aanrader!!!

Le logement proposé par Dragan, vaut le détour, c’est un beau logement très bien entretenu. Dragan est très réactif aux demandes que vous pouvez avoir, il vous fournira une multitude de liens utiles, pour l’emplacement du logement, des vues sur Dubrovnik, des magasins alentours, des bons plans pour les visites etc etc Bref. N’hésitez surtout pas, vous ne serez pas déçus et la maman de Dragan est tout aussi gentille et accueillante…

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Just stayed a week at the Chris Grey apartment and we had the best trip. Mia and Jelena were perfect hosts and were so helpful! They recommended all of the best places for food and sight seeing as well as the best transport routes. They were both very responsive to any questions I had and made our week feel like home. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is in a great location between the old town and the port so it is not far to walk to each place. The balcony was the best part in the apartment as the views were beautiful. I recommend this place to all my friends and family for the future. Thank you - Perfect!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.
