Monthly Rentals in Elafonisi lagoon

Great little pad at Elafonisi, and pretty much the closest you can be to the beach - which is about 7 minutes walk from all the accommodation and town. Lovely and peaceful – even though it was central it was tucked away and felt remote. Could have been stocked a bit better - only enough for 1 1/2 coffees, no tea. Great fridge/freezer but no glasses or plates - though they delivered some when I asked. As it's a great spot to relax after your beach time. Would recommend.

Great traditional private house (with an attached studio). Very quiet and within walking distance (700 meters) to White Lake Beach and the monastery. Just a 5-minute drive to both Elafonissi Beach and Kedrodasos Beach. The property features a lovely yard, private parking, and is conveniently located about 400 meters from a mini market and several restaurants. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation with spectacular views - communication, check-in, stay were super easy! Around it, there are some people who can look out over the outdoor area, which did not bother us because of the few people who were there at the time. The accommodation is surrounded by a great landscape, the E4 passes directly by the house. However, the routes to the hiking areas, such as the White Mountain Reserve or the highest mountain in Crete, are not less than 2 hours away by car. We felt super comfortable overall and would come back :)

If you're looking for a place where you can find peace and get inspired, this is definitely it. I love that this place is an authentic village where you can really experience the local Cretan life. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. The house is so interesting with lots of old photos and history. Some of the best beaches are just a few minutes away. I wouldn't recommend Elafonisi, it's really windy and sooo many people. Kedrodasos beach was probably our favourite but be ready for a steep walk up on the way back.
