Family-friendly holiday rentals in El Tosalet

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

Maravillosa. La estancia ha sido estupenda. Piscinas muy cuidadas y tranquilas, zona tranquila, la cala un espectáculo. La casa está súper bien, con todas las comodidades y unas vistas inmejorables. Sin duda volveremos y la recomendamos.

El apartamento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Limpio, las camas son cómodas, prácticamente nuevas. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en el salón. La barbacoa es un puntazo. Está cerca de la playa en una zona residencial. La única pequeña pega es que el alojamiento no dispone de algún producto de limpieza, así como alguna pastilla más de lavavajillas. En la cocina falta cosas básicas como azúcar o sal. En conclusión, apartamento recomendable 100%.

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ein Auto definitiv von Vorteil. Es ist alles da was man brauch, sogar ein Außengrill. Frische Orangen und Zitronen die man direkt von den Bäumen auf dem Grundstück pflücken & mittels vorhandener Küchengeräte gleich zu z.B. Limonade oder Orangensaft verarbeiten kann. Nando ist sehr freundlich, schnell zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit gewesen. Gerne wieder!!!

En resumen: la cabaña, la atención de Álvaro, las vistas, el silencio y Llop han sido realmente increíbles, una experiencia diferente, el jacuzzi enorme, un árbol en la terraza trasera de hojas rojas que me enamoró, muy cerca de gandia pueblo, todo realmente bien. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos segurisimo!!

Una casa fantastica e impecable. Zona exterior preciosa con unas vistas increibles y fresquito. El jacuzzi y la piscina estaban muy limoios y ea una gozada poder disfrutar de ellos. Luke muy amable y atento, a la vez que muy discreto. Muchas gracias, para repetir.

Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Muy buena estadía, casita súper acogedora y completa para pasar días de relax y desconectar de la ciudad. Todo en un solo lugar.

Muy buen bungalow para disfrutar de unos días en Denia. Nos ha encantado la terraza de la habitación con vistas al Montgó. La comunicación con Vicent ha sido muy cordial y fluida. Zona tranquila, cerca de la playa y zonas verdes, paseando a 20 min llegas al centro de Denia donde está lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. Nos lo guardamos para próximas visitas.

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

El apartamento estaba impecable y tenía todo lo necesario para dos personas. En entorno estaba tranquilo y cuidado al detalle. Tenías la piscina enfrente para poder disfrutarla, una barbacoa y terreno para pasear. Y sin duda, lo mejor fue la atención y amabilidad del propietario, Tom. Nos atendió en todo momento cuando estuvimos allí y respondió a todas las cuestiones y dudas que tuvimos antes de la llegada. Es un lugar tranquilo e idílico para alojarse y vale la pena sin duda el precio que pagas. No descartamos volver a quedarnos allí.

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located apartment. It felt very safe and quiet - although we visited off season, I imagine the urbanisation can be busy in the summer months. The beaches, shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. We would love to stay again in the future

Une semaine passée en famille (à trois) pour les vacances de la Toussaint. Excellente communication avec Ricardo. L'accueil par Estela très facilitant et sympathique. Appartement très bien situé. Accès à la plage en quelques minutes à pied. La vue est fantastique ! Je recommande.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

Een prachtig appartement op een top locatie. Heel compleet! Keuken goed ingericht. Goede en rustige ligging. Op loopafstand van het strand. David is een super aardige man. Reageert altijd en is heel behulpzaam. Hij was ook aanwezig toen we bij het appartement aankwamen. We voelden ons meer dan welkom! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en gaan zeker terug. Bedankt David voor alles.

Maison sur les hauteurs avec une vue époustouflante sur Calpe et toute la baie. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Arlot. La villa est magnifique, très confortable, et l'espace autour de la piscine est très agréable. Il faut être véhiculé pour se rendre dans les commerces (supermarché, boucher, boulanger...) et à la plage, à environ 5 mn de voiture. Nous recommandons.

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Given that most of the time you spend at a Villa is outside, then it's nice to have an attractive garden, but Rob's garden was lovely - Beautiful oleanders in full bloom, a lovely old and gnarled olive tree and a very good swimming pool, with plenty of places to get some shade. The outside fridge was very handy for an emergency beer at around midday! The easy parking for 2 4x4 cars in the shade was a real bonus. The parking was also very secure, as was the rest of the property. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for, including a massive fridge and equally sized freezer. All spotlessly clean, with a very efficient dishwasher. There were 5 adults and a toddler in our group. I would say that 3 couples and 2 children would be the ideal fit, although there is a pull-out bed for a 3rd child. The walk to then old town was pleasant, lined with orange groves and took 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. We tried 5 different restaurants and they were all to a very good standard.
