Das kleine, traditionelle Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen, typisch kanarischen Sträßchen in der Altstadt von Tazacorte. Die Kirche, die Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig nur 2 Min. entfernt und laden zu einem Sonnenuntergangsspaziergang ein. Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Haus wurde 2022 komplett neu renoviert und behält dennoch den ursprünglichen palmeirischen Charme. Strand & Hafen sind in 15 min. fußläufig erreichbar.

Simple but lovingly furnished, it's spacious enough for up to 4 guests and has views of both the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Located directly on the promenade above an ice cream shop, it is exactly 54 steps out the door to the beach. The village has all essential amenities: a small supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, and bus connections to the rest of the island.

On the spacious couch, you can enjoy the view over the Atlantic through the large glass sliding doors, and the oak dining table offers plenty of space for up to six people. The house is a solitary between the fishing harbor and the marina, and the town of Tazacorte Puerto.

The center of the town is just 1 minute away. Walk to the beach and port it is 30 minutes walk. Public bus option is also available to the port and to the beach as well as nearby towns. The bus stop is just minutes away.
