Holiday house Mariscos is situated less than 20 metres from a beautiful bay on the Mediterranean Sea. It situated on the first line towards the sea in the Costa Brava area in Porto de la Selva, Spain. Family and friends gathering. For those who like swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing, there is the bay at a 3 minutes walk. Our house is suitable for couples, families ( with children), friends, business travelers and furry friends ( pets ). Since April 2025 there is glasfiber Wifi and airco.

Casa con 3 habitaciones bien equipadas, 1 baño y 1 aseo . Muy céntrica, a tres minutos de la playa grande del pueblo . Con todos los servicios cercanos, supermercado, ambulatorio, paseo principal, mercado de los viernes, restaurantes, .... En verano, del 1 de julio al 30 de agosto se alquila de sábado a sábado, mínimo una semana. Día de salida se tendrá que abonar en efectivo la tasa turística para los mayores de 17 años. Los horarios entrada/salida flexibles si hay posibilidad.

Very cozy and practical house.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

Located 150m from the beach and 500m from the village. You can practice water sports, golf and walk through the national park of Cap de Creus. It is near the Dalí Museum, medieval monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Cadaqués and Perelada Casino. you can find the best Michelin star restaurants and nightlife in Rosas and Cadaqués. The house is good for families (with children) and large groups.
